From 95 (coming from Boston, Cambridge, Braintree, Dorchester...)

Take exit 9 (foxboro Stadium).  Take Route 1 South.  After passing Foxboro Stadium (on your left), at the first light take right onto Pine Street.  Follow Pine Street 1/4 mile, at T Junction bear right onto Pine Street/ Route 115.  Travel on Pine Street/115 for 1/2 mile. Take Left onto Route 1A South.  Travel on Rt. 1A South for ~1.5 miles and take a right onto North Street.  Follow North street ~1/4 mile and take Left onto Emerald Street.  Fairgrounds are approx. 1/2 mile on your right, past the Wrentham Development Center sign.

From 495 (Rhode Island, Western MA...)

Take exit for Route 1A North.  Go ~3 miles and take left onto North Street. Follow North street ~1/4 mile and take Left onto Emerald Street.  Fairgrounds are approx. 1/ mile on your right, just past the Wrentham Development Center sign.
