Will
have volunteer fielders behind the wicket and outside the boundaries to speed up
the games.

team changeover. When a batsman is out the next batsman coming in should cross
the exiting batsman inside the ground, else the batting team will be penalized 5
runs for delay of game.
·
Fielders
cannot talk on the ground once the bowler starts his run up. The bowling team
will get one warning for this and the next instance the batting side will be
offered 5 runs.
·
No

matches. If there are two teams tied with the same points, run rate will be used
to select the finalists.
